Vice President for Real Estate International Senior Corporate Secretarial Function
A firm with an outstanding reputable are now expanding their Real Estate department and will be looking to take on a Senior Manager for the growing function.
The role as an overview will involve being part of and to manage a team of lawyers, accountants and secretarial support who have a great portfolio of client, specifically focusing on the Real Estate space.
Leading the Real Estate division with the Senior Management team
Focus on Luxembourg and international process and structures
Manage a team of 10-15+, in an office of about 150+
Dealing with and reviewing all offers, deals, transactions of the department
Involved in operational aspects of the business, service maintenance and procedures
Coordinating with legal, cosec, risk, tax and accounting teams
Advise on client relationship, set-ups, onboardings, with internal stake holders.
What to have :
Ideally 10 years’ experience in the Luxembourg Fund space
Relevant degree, ideally Law, Corporate, Business Administration
Real Estate experience, all alternative / AIF exposure will be considered
Familiar working with big clients, international and complex entities
Driven and great work ethic, with a good personality.
Organisation skills, time management, autonomous.
