A human size company based in the city center of Luxembourg is looking for its next Legal ad Transactions Officer to grow their team.
They work for international clients on investment services and they are expanding really fast.
Your main missions :
Leading the client onboarding process on a legal and compliance perspective
Supervise juniors and other members of the team
Monitoring transactions and review of documents for a client portfolio.
Review of board packs , coordination of board and shareholder / investor meetings.
Attendance at client board and investor meetings
Assist in maintaining and developing template legal documents
Ensuring compliance with internal processes relating to legal and corporate tasks
Knowledge in Luxembourg private equity and real estate fund structures
Your profile :
Proven experience in Luxembourg in a similar position ;
Knowledge of law and regulations is mandatory;
Fluent in English , French or any other european language is an asset;
You are rigorous and work well with responsibilities;
