We’re looking for our new colleague to join our Talent Development team : Junior HR Talent Development The opportunity Within our Talent Development team, you will act as contact person for a dedicated population and work on cross learning projects.

What will be your responsibilities? Your missions will include :
Identify learning needs for your dedicated population
Liaise with internal and external services providers in the context of training organization
Act as project manager to implement training curriculum and insure module delivery
Organize and coordinate logistical aspects and administrative follow up
Design training contents
Ensure regular reporting towards the HR Management
Support strategic Talent Development and HR projects (Wellbeing awareness & campaign)
Act as project member to support our people with wellbeing initiatives

Skills and attributes for success
You have a master’s degree, preferably with a specific focus on Human Resources or / and Project Management.
You have a first experience in HR, ideally in the field of Learning and Talent Development.
A thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
You are fluent in English and French; additional language skills such as German or Luxembourgish are an asset.
