About the Role :
For our Ferrero Headquarter in Luxembourg we are currently looking for an Advanced Analytics Leader to lead our Advanced Analytics pillar.
Provide leadership in vision, prioritization and execution of advanced analytic methods applied to business needs with an emphasis on promoting technology and scale;
Work within key elements of the tech stack BI, with emphasis on the data science platform (R Studio) and visualization software (PowerBI);
Lead and Manage projects on an ongoing basis which apply a wide variety of statistical methods (clustering, factor analysis, segmentation, regression, model building, etc.
and allow business users to derive actionable insights;
Work with other pillar leaders to execute the vision and mission of central BI&A within the broader organization;
Develop key talent to provide future leaders and successors to the organization;
Provide Support to the Innovation Analytics team.
Who we are looking for : Profile
Master’s degree in Math or Statistics;
Minimum 10 15 years of experience in applied work on Advanced Analytics, preferably at a CPG manufacturer Media company or agency;
Experience in big data environment and in AI, preferably machine learning and development of custom algorithms;
Experience in leading international teams and developing talent;
Strong knowledge of ML applications and algorithms, particularly in the area of data integration / harmonization, but also NLP algorithms and applications;
Advanced statistical method skills for marketing analytics including : elasticity modelling, demand estimation / forecasting, consumer segmentation, basket analysis, CLV, etc..
Strong knowledge of Retail panel data (IRI / Nielsen) and other consumer data types (shopper panel, loyalty cards, Mintel, survey data, etc.);
Excellent knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, Python, R, etc.;
Strong knowledge of best practice analysis and programming techniques with R and Python;
Statistical methods : clustering, regressions, etc..
Fluent in English is mandatory;
Any other language is a plus.
