We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Global Controllers Team supporting the firm’s Investor Services business.
The core responsibility of the function is to support effective decision making across the organization through use of financial information and analysis including financial modeling and sensitivity analysis.
The position is based in Luxembourg and reports to the EMEA Controller.
Primary Responsibilities :
Maintain and develop monthly management reporting for the EMEA, Relationship Excellence and Transfer Agency stakeholders
Assist in the creation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis as well as internal client and product deliverables (strategic off-sites, product steering meetings, etc...)
Analyze, report and communicate financial information on both revenues and expenses
Identify opportunities to enhance and / or streamline reporting and analysis delivered to internal stakeholders and decision makers
Key Requirements / Skills :
Advanced Excel skills including ability to build complex reports, utilize power pivots, write macros, etc...
Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn Hyperion Essbase, Qlik and / or Tableau
Broad management reporting skills with focus on data visualization skills as well as accuracy, timeliness and relevance
Strong analytical, planning and implementation skills
Ability to identify financial trends and to link reporting to underlying business themes and strategies
Ability to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities and tasks
Excellent oral and written communication / presentation skills and ability to foster deep relationships with internal business partners and peers
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a finance function is essential
