FIRST LEVEL SUPPORT (M / F) Experis is currently looking for a First Level Support Technician (m / f) to strengthen a support team inside a huge environment.
Your responsibilities As a First Line Support Technician, your responsibilities will be as follow :
Remove cables from equipment (monitors, printers, computers, etc.) from old workstations and reinstall them on new ones.
Installation of new monitors.
Perform necessary tests during the installation of the monitors.
Track inventory and stock.
Ensure that the necessary computer equipment is provided .
Training in computer science.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Very good time management skills, you are organized and enjoy teamwork.
Excellent presentation, rigorous, reliable, and punctual .
Fluent in English AND German .
For the youngest, the possibility of putting a first foot in IT.
