We have an immediate opening for a : IT Helpdesk support / System administrator (F / M) Role : Support PC, laptop, IP phone, smartphones, printers, handheld-

scanner and servers issues Support multiple OS environment (win7, win10, WinServer12, Winserver16) Support multiple software standard (Office365, SPC, Citrix, Remote Desktop, MSSQL, SPC, Catia) Responsible for Backup system (Acronis, Veeam) Responsible for Security suite (Kaspersky and web-

filtering) Ensuring the DRP Procedure Analyses and interprets client inquiries to ascertain and solve issue Provides information, advice or instruction in response to client inquiries Receives and records client inquiries and processes paperwork / systems relevant to client queries Responsible to maintain asset stock and work in conjunction with our suppliers Resolves incident using remote control tools Installs and configures Servers + PC environments Support network process and operation (TCP / IP, Vlan, Cisco switches, Cisco WLAN, Cisco Switches, Cisco Firewall) Profile : IT Degree and experience in a similar job Fluency in English any other European language(s) (French, German, Luxemburgish etc.

will be an advantage Good knowledge of Windows-Active Directory infrastructure and network Good knowledge of virtualized environments (VMWare, Veeam) Excellent knowledge of all-

round IT (Office, hardware, Windows etc.) Experience with ticketing systems (Lansweeper, ServiceNow) Able to work in an international and multicultural environment Team player with strong communication skills IT solution provider Basic knowledge / experience of ITIL is a plus Open-
