This program will re-invent how Amazon attracts, communicates with, and ultimately hires its hourly associates. This team will own multi-layered research and program implementation to drive deep learnings, process improvements, and strategic recommendations to global leadership.

The Senior Product Manager will work closely with multiple stakeholders in North America and the European Union to design new products to optimize the hiring of hourly associates.

The senior product manager will define and deliver a new product roadmap based on the voice of the candidate, analytics or research topics to optimize hiring efficiency.

There are many opportunities in this space to innovate and learn, experiment and pilot, and work closely with our business leaders as well as the Workforce Staffing team.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Building a close partnerships with stakeholders to research, design, implement and drive adoption of new tools
  • Define a new product roadmap requiring frequent multi-layered communication, organization / time management, and creative problem solving skills
  • Act as a key internal resource in the analysis, measurement, and requirements-gathering related to process improvement and productivity initiatives
  • Plan, design and communicate the implementation and adoption of new products
  • Identify gaps for localization and bridge them to ensure adoption of products in different locales
  • Provide regular updates and metrics to stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Partner with legal, public relations, employee relations to ensure compliance of new products in the EU
  • Familiarity with more advanced skills in accessing / manipulating data using SQL
  • Experience working with remote, geographically-distributed teams, with senior leaders
  • Experience with recruiting processes
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with EU HR Privacy Requirements
  • Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and work both collaboratively and independently
  • Master of Business Administration
