Amazon is currently looking to hire an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the team and play a critical role in supporting all facility and Engineering activity across Amazon's World Wide Fulfilment Network.
This role will be based in Luxembourg. Periodic travel will be required. This role report to the Worldwide MEP Design Manager based in Seattle, Washington.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Amazon’s electrical specifications and design templates World Wide.
This role will include managing multifaceted engineering programs, specifically around Electrical Vehicles and Solar, that will ultimately drive the optimization and increased efficiency into existing and new facilities.
The candidate will need to work with a multitude of stakeholders outside of North America to own and drive the standardization of building design templates, while adapting to local codes.
The candidate must also possess the engineering expertise to dive deep into building electrical data in order to reduce infrastructure and operational costs associated with maintenance and down time.
A successful candidate must have extensive large project and program management experience, practical Electrical design knowledge, should be comfortable in a fast-paced, technical environment and be able to partner with multiple stakeholders across the company to implement processes and programs that will ultimately drive the Worldwide design standards.

The role will be based in Luxembourg with 15% of time travelling domestically within Luxembourg and to other EU countries.
Key Tasks / Responsibilities :
Physical Infrastructure, Site Logistics management, Planning and Scheduling with 3rd party vendors, Project monitoring and reporting, Change management, coordinating with Vendors, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal, HR etc.
Ensure that contracted resources deliver work to meet duration and quality targets, addressing and ensuring the correction of under-performance issues
This includes working with several project teams across the globe
