One of our clients is looking for :

DESCRIPTION

Facility Administrator who is there to ensure that everything is available and operating properly for building occupants to do their work.

Facilities cover quite a lot of aspects, including :

  • Building Management & Exploitation
  • Project Management
  • Purchasing Management
  • Security Management
  • Key responsibilities :

  • Technical Installations
  • Maintenance and cleaning follow-up
  • Security management
  • Contract management and Suppliers prospecting
  • Project management
  • Hotels management
  • Holidays Planning
  • PROFILE

    Able to manage and resolve issues.

    Able to organize his / her daily work, planning, prioritization.

    Team player with a sense of responsibility towards internal clients. Teamwork.

    Able to inform Management accordingly.

    Able to come up with solutions

    Language skills : fluent in French and in English (both spoken and written).

    Applications skills : Strong MS Suite, focused strength in Excel.
