About the role : WW Ops HR is currently executing a portfolio of strategic projects to revolutionize our global field operations, including HR operating model transformation, standard processes deployment, and the implementation of enabling technology.
We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager HR Strategic Programs to lead this effort in Germany and the United Kingdom. This includes full discovery, design, and implementation of the centralized model in Germany, and expansion and evolution of the recently established UK function.
You will partner with stakeholders from multiple Operations businesses (Customer Fulfillment, AMZL, ATS, and GSF) to gather requirements, understand business impact, align on regional and global standard work, and facilitate overall transition.
Strong change management skills will be critical to your overall success.
In this role, you will develop deep expertise in our current and future HR processes, our enabling technology and our HR organization roles and operating model.
This role will partner extensively with Field HR, HR4HR, HR Services and People Technology to deliver solutions to the field.
Key responsibilities include :
Managing the overall HR Centralization program (Project Zabka) in Germany and the UK, including discovery, design, and transition work required to stand up the German Regional Center and evolution / expansion of the recently established UK Regional Center (RC)
Coordinating work between local RC Managers, BPaTS process design leads, local process experts, and tools and tech program managers throughout all phases of work to ensure consistency with global approach and alignment to local requirements and policy
Creating high level requirements for Buoy (workflow tool) and other HR technologies (Panorama, RPA, Engage, etc.) alongside Tools & Tech team
Developing and executing an iterative process improvement roadmap and ongoing technology experiments and deployments in the Regional Centers once established
Developing and executing local change strategies that address business readiness, engagement, and adoption of new operating models and standard work through robust communications and training plans
Managing and engaging a large and diverse set of stakeholders in multiple Operations businesses, including Works Councils in Germany

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years relevant project management experience
2+ years in delivering transformative programs
Experience facilitating change in large-scale, complex environments
Demonstrated customer focus with experience on large-scale program design and deployment
Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations
Experience identifying and resolving complex issues, assumes leadership roles in unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances -
solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to delight others ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent employee experience
Ability to collaborate across different teams, manage conflict in a positive, flexible way, and reach consensus in a highly differentiated group
Ability to diagnose problems, identify root causes, develop and drive appropriate solution
Experience in Field HR or Operations and understanding of core HR processes a plus
Ability to travel regularly to UK and Germany (up to 50%); internationally as required
