Context :
The EIB's Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) office is a dynamic team within the Organisation and People Development Division of the HR Policies Department in Personnel, working with a wide range of key stakeholders across the Bank, such as D&I Champions and ERGs as well as senior management.
The main objectives of the D&I office are ensuring the implementation of the Bank's D&I strategy.
By initiating and running a wide range of D&I activities and programs to ensure that all EIB staff can bring their whole and best self to work, the office contributes to the activities of the EU Bank for the benefit of all EU citizens.
Your role :
The HR Analyst Diversity & Inclusion will proactively assist to the implementation of the strategy, its programmes and initiatives as well as to the development of the next D&I strategy by conducting research, benchmarking and data analysis.
