Context :

The EIB's Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) office is a dynamic team within the Organisation and People Development Division of the HR Policies Department in Personnel, working with a wide range of key stakeholders across the Bank, such as D&I Champions and ERGs as well as senior management.

The main objectives of the D&I office are ensuring the implementation of the Bank's D&I strategy.

By initiating and running a wide range of D&I activities and programs to ensure that all EIB staff can bring their whole and best self to work, the office contributes to the activities of the EU Bank for the benefit of all EU citizens.

Your role :

The HR Analyst Diversity & Inclusion will proactively assist to the implementation of the strategy, its programmes and initiatives as well as to the development of the next D&I strategy by conducting research, benchmarking and data analysis.

Your tasks :

  • To support the implementation of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) action plans, programmes and initiatives by working with internal and external key stakeholders;
  • To conduct research on a number of diversity dimensions including ethnicity, gender and gender identity and age to contribute to the development of the upcoming DEIB approach;
  • To support the development of EIB’s gender balance targets for ;
  • To support the creation of an inclusion measurement framework in collaboration with EIB Data Analytics teams;
  • To collaborate with internal and external communication teams to further develop and implement our messaging on DEIB, positioning the organisation as an employer of choice for DEIB.
  • Your profile :

  • You obtained a Bachelor / Masters Degree in HR, Psychology, Business or in another related filed;
  • You have acquired experience in a role that dealt with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion ;
  • You speak fluently English (C1 minimum). The knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage;- You are immediately available for until at least the end of the year! Interested?
