For our Commercial team, we are searching for a high-energy, self-motived and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (fluent in Spanish and English) m / f, Luxembourg This person will manage existing customers and will generate new business opportunities by strategically identifying, engaging and developing relationships with potential new clients of the cosmetics industry and across a broad geographical area.
Your tasks Manage, qualify, develop existing leads and new prospects (outbound and inbound) with aim to produce qualified opportunities, Interact with and qualify prospects via telephone, internet, visits and trade shows, Understand and meet client needs appropriate to their projects, Work actively with the marketing and R&D team, Align prospect challenges with our product portfolios, Consistently achieve leads quota to ensure revenue objectives, Develop and execute high value presentations and product demonstrations, Provide market feedback and specific feedback to the direct management, to ensure continuous process optimization, and a structured / productive communication flow.
