ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is for taking part of billing operations in a team of 3 persons as part of Finance department. The Billing Officer will be responsible for applying policies and procedures, as well as streamlining effective billing processes across multiple markets.
This position is highly visible and requires a strong team member with the ability to prioritize, plan & implement Management’s instructions.
A Billing Team Member will be expected to perform the following tasks :
Support the Billing Team within the Month-End Billing Process ;
Process Manual Invoices and Credit Notes ;
Review Sales Contracts and Customers’ Creation within Billing Tool ;
Be recognized as a Key Team Member / Be Team-Work Oriented;
Be Pro-Active, Problem Solver & Well Organized ;
Be able to fix Priorities & to absorb new Skills on a quick basis ;
Detail oriented with an Accounting background ;
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal ;
Be accountable for reporting & control ;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills & Experience
Degree in accounting / finance preferred (Accounting & VAT Knowledge).
3 or 4 years’ experience in similar position
English and French are mandatory,
Any other European languages will be an advantage.
