Your field of responsibility

You will be responsible for facilitating the formalized top-level decision-making at Credit Suisse (Luxembourg) S.A. This means you will act as the general point of contact around all aspects for the key decision-making bodies of the bank : As the Corporate Secretary, you will organize board meetings, prepare and consolidate supporting documents, draft related minutes and resolutions.

You will also assist the responsible members of the Authorized Management in planning and driving the bank’s essential operational committees around business and risk.

Moreover, you will coordinate and liaise with notaries, regulators, and auditors for requests related to decision-making and governance documentation.

By joining the CEO Office team, you will become part of an international and dynamic group of service-oriented management supporters.

We work closely with the CEO and the bank’s Authorized Management, orchestrating the current transformation agenda roll-out.

By leading and efficiently running all key governance processes of Credit Suisse (Luxembourg) S.A. we also ensure compliant and transparent management of the legal entity as the foundation for future growth.

This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for a candidate who is already familiar with the governance procedures and infrastructure of a locally regulated banking institution and convinces us with :

  • University degree (preferably in law and / or economics) or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience with a Private Bank or Financial Services firm in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg’s banking industry as well as Management & Board related internal governance regulations
  • Proactive service mentality, strong focus on details and quality, self-organization capabilities and team player attitude, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication & management skills
  • business fluency in English (both written and verbal) a 2nd language (French, German) would be a plus
  • Advanced MS Office skills
