Sales Coordination Officer


Your role Are you ready for a challenge

  • The Sales Coordination team plays a key role in ensuring that the Sales organisation framework enables the company to deliver its Sales strategy efficiently, while providing assurance that business is conducted in accordance with the regulatory environment and internal risk appetite;
  • We are currently recruiting for a maternity leave replacement in the team. It is a challenging role which is deadline driven, requires a high level of precision and independence, and which provides a unique opportunity to get a broader insight into how the Company functions and the interdependencies between departments;
  • Monitor Sales Governance : ensure regulatory compliance of the sales activity, maintain corporate policies and procedures impacting Sales, support the reporting and maintenance of controls over crucial sales processes;
  • Ensure Business Monitoring and Reporting : new business / forecasts / Sales KPIs dashboards, approval process of various Sales workflows (pricing exceptions, commercial gestures, expenses, ) provide support with Salesforce (CRM system);
  • Project Management of Sales related projects and Sales voice in Corporate projects or cross-departmental initiatives;
  • Manage internal and external queries : address ad hoc queries from Head Office functions, Sales team or Sales Management, answer partner or client requests, including Partner Due Diligence questionnaires on Lombard International Assurance, troubleshooting.
  • Your profile Have you got what it takes to become our Sales Coordination Officer

  • University degree with a first experience, ideally in an audit, consulting or control function;
  • Financial analysis and reporting expertise;
  • Strong analytical skills with project management capacity;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels of the organisation;
  • Pragmatic, problem-solving and result-oriented approach;
  • Proficient with Excel and confident user of Word and PowerPoint;
  • Fluency in English with excellent writing skills is a must, other European languages would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of the unit-linked life insurance sector and intermediation compliance would be an advantage.
