TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

People Development - Talent & Performance

Implementation and execution of strategy and guidelines for all People Development-related topics in the area of Talent & Performance

  • Execute the complete Performance Management process from goal creation and setting over development plans to performance reviews in close collaboration with Leadership Partner / (Multi-) Site BP and Business Partner / Head of BPs
  • Support Leadership Partner / (Multi-) Site BP in People Development topics as e.g., global mapping / calibration or identification of talents and potential successors for critical positions
  • Conduct the global talent strategy and talent identification process as well as the career framework and skill & competence management
  • Monitor and evaluate all relevant KPIs for People Development topics
  • Provide & update content for Self-Service as subject matter expert
  • People Development - Learning & Development

    Implementation and execution of strategy and guidelines for all People Development-related topics in the area of Learning & Development

  • Gather feedback from and align with People Partners / HR Administrators, Leadership Partner / (Multi-) Site BP & Business Partner / Head of BPs, CoCs and CoEs on People Development processes and instruments, constantly enhance the service offering to define the global learning portfolio
  • Analyse training needs based on business goals and develop competence and skill training catalogue (incl. e-learning, social learning)
  • Derive training components for all target groups & career levels
  • Evaluate the success of Learning & Development measures
  • Monitor and evaluate all relevant KPIs for People Development topics
  • Provide & update content for Self-Service as subject matter expert
  • PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS

  • Holding a degree in Psychology, Business Psychology
  • Gathering several years of experience in the field of organizational or personal development in an international and industrial group;
  • or comparable skillset with many years of relevant professional experience with additional specialized trainings.

  • Ideally having experience in the organizational development and / or coaching training
  • Having good knowledge of core processes in the area of personal development and training
  • Showing extensive IT Application knowledge
  • Speaking fluently French and English
