Serve as the first point of contact for the end-users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email with level 1 and 2 issues
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the end-users
Walk the end-users through the problem-solving process
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
Provide accurate information in the ticketing tools
Follow-up and update customer status and information
Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Undertake increasing responsibility in system administration
Required profile : Profile :
Proven experience as a Help desk Technician (1st / 2nd level support) or as a Junior System Administrator
Good understanding of Hardware and Software : computer systems, mobile devices, printers, MS Office
Solid knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS / DHCP
Ideally you already have experience within the banking sector and with applications banking applications
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Good knowledge of ITIL processes
Strong communication skills in both English and French
Ability to work autonomously and independently find needed information
Excellent communication skills
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
