KBL has the strong ambition to become technologically relevant for its clients focusing its efforts on key clients and bankers journeys.

To do so, a 4 years high-reaching programme, based on digital innovation, is currently ongoing with the desire to deliver high quality user-

experience by 2021, in domains such as acquisition & full paperless onboarding, digital client lifecycle and marketing, enhanced in-

app experience for clients, goal-based approach of wealth management and high-performing advisory distribution platform.

To define the future solutions and ensure continuous chase toward efficiency in key processes, the business analyst Front is accountable for conducting required business analysis tasks leading to the success of assigned projects.


Within the context of the assigned projects, the Business Analyst Front is responsible for the following activities :

  • Act as a bridge between business needs and IT solutions
  • Define, analyse and document business requirements within projects
  • Facilitate workgroups regarding business alignment
  • Analyse and propose organisational adaptations when required (controls, processes and procedures)
  • Contribute to the testing and change management approach (communication, training, post go-live support)
  • More concretely in the short term, the Business Analyst will support :

  • Digital programme
  • The continuous alignment of Front activities and processes between different group entities
  • The seek for enhancement in terms of efficiency of the processes under his / her careful watch
  • In the long term and future projects, the Business Analyst is a key role for maintaining the expertise on our internal processes and applications in the Front area.


  • Master degree, or higher, in Engineering, Commercial, Finance
  • Min. 5-8 years of experience
  • Solid understanding of banking business, in particular commercial business needs, challenges & aspirations to propose adapted solutions and ensure efficient go-
  • to-market / adoptions of the solutions

  • Understanding of Front activities in a bank (Wealth management and Institutional services)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Solid knowledge of the Lombard Odier application suite would be a plus
  • SKILLS :

  • Outstanding analytical and organisational skills within project environnment
  • High capacity for synthesis
  • Autonomy and rigor
  • Open to travel across the Group
