Your role Are you ready for a challenge?

We are looking for an who will in charge of the maintenance and the improvement of the fund administration software (Xentis) that people in Investment Services are using to value our unit-linked funds.

As a member of our Integration & Support team you will be liaising with internal teams (Operational, IT and PMO) and Xentis vendor.

You will have three main objectives : increasing the internal customers experience with Xentis, improving our business operating model and participating in cross departmental projects.

Your responsibilities will be as follows :

  • Support internal customers with Xentis;
  • Analyse, prioritize and resolve Xentis related issues;
  • Integrate and maintain business related data in Xentis;
  • Create business requirement documents and business process flows to implement technical solutions and process improvements;
  • Plan, test and implement new Xentis functionalities and releases;
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with internal counterparts (Operational, IT and PMO) and Xentis vendor;
  • Report ticket progress and status to management on a regular basis.
  • Your profile Have you got what it takes to become our Application Support Analyst?

  • Minimum 2-3 years professional experience in the financial industry;
  • Good understanding of financial instruments is a key asset;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Well-organised with a methodical approach to work;
  • Team player whilst able to work independently;
  • Client oriented approach;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word);
  • SQL and VBA knowledge are considered as a key asset;
  • Fluent in English, any other EU language is considered as an asset.
