As SEM / PPC Officer, your responsibilities will be :
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple countries / languages and advertising engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.
including campaign planning, budget management, performance review, keyword development, account setup, ad creation to drive leads that convert to clients / revenue for the company
Grow and optimize our client's keywords portfolio through testing (A / B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative key wording, etc.
Develop and plan the paid strategies together with the Demand Generation Team Lead and execute day-to-day tactics that increase traffic, leads and revenue aiming for a positive ROI
Identify and report on key performance indicators and opportunities for improvement / growing leads
Expand beyond search ads to effectively run paid campaigns on social (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), retargeting, mobile and more
Assist in planning and execution of the SEO strategy
Drive continued SEM innovation and best practice implementation
The Successful Applicant
2-3 years' experience managing paid marketing campaigns.
Requires hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEA and SMA with a proven track record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint.
Experience with display ads and re-targeting campaigns.
Demonstrated track record in growth experimentation and funnel optimization.
Strong analytical skills for robust data driven decision making with experience in distilling volumes of data into simple KPIs and tracking.
You work independently, are well-organized, structured, get things done and collaborate openly and proactively with team members.
SEO knowledge is a plus.
Fluent in English, knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
