Completion PhD in : Contemporary European Economic / Political History, or International Law, or directly related discipline
Archival Research experience
Fluency in English and French is needed (written and spoken), German and or Dutch considered an asset
Ability to establish contacts at national and international level
Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team
Interest in the topic of European Integration and Cold War history
Very good skills in Excel and Word
Good organizational skills
The research associate will work in the international environment of the University of Luxembourg and will be member of the Centre for Contemporary and Digital History (C2DH), in the Contemporary European History research unit
He / She will have the opportunity to work closely with the Luxembourg National Archives, and to participate in the discovery and exploitation of new sources of information about the early Cold War period of the European Integration Process
