ROLE SUMMARY :
Experienced person in UCITS / financial AIFs, to oversee and act as first point of contact for any queries linked the day to day management and administration of the relevant products (c.
110 sub-funds across 18 different fund ranges in Luxembourg, France and Ireland)
Responsible for maintaining and ensuring timely submission and escalation of UCITS reporting.
Ensuring proper board and committee governance over the relevant funds.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsibility for regular ongoing oversight of portfolio management and administration of the UCITS and financial AIF products managed by the management company, ensuring collective funds remain fit for purpose, including the services provided to them.
Assisting in obtaining and the maintenance of UCITS passporting.
Analysing data, reporting and highlighting issues for escalation in a timely manner.
Liaising with Management Company and Group oversight teams in relation to ongoing oversight, and commenting on due diligence questionnaires / results of due diligence visits
Attending and participating in due diligence meetings as required, reviewing and taking note of results in the context of day to day oversight.
Ensuring KPIs remain fit for purpose in conjunction with relevant business teams
Preparing the relevant sections of the management company report within the deadline.
Assist and oversee the Company Secretarial function to ensure that boards receive accurate, informative and timely board papers, minutes and updates : prepare board papers on governance matters.
Establish strong working relationships with other internal and external stakeholders, and ensure they understand and meet their obligations in relation to the boards and the board meetings.
Reporting to the Conducting Officer and Board reporting
Keeping local policies and procedures in relation to ongoing oversight and governance up-to-date and fit for purpose
Having regard to Luxembourg and European regulations, guidance and practices in relation to oversight of key regulatory functions
Working with the Governance team and providing general assistance to the Conducting Officer as necessary.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION :
University degree.
Preferably at least 6 years’ experience in one or more of the following fields : fund administration, fund / management company governance (UCITS), audit, internal audit, fund / management company consultancy, fund structuring, portfolio management.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE :
Knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry and the various fund structures.
Working knowledge some / all of the following asset classes : Money markets, Equities, Fixed Income, Loans, Multi Asset, and Quantitative Assets
Experience of working with external service providers or clients
Excellent computer skills mainly MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Fluent in English, other language skills will be an advantage
