Amazon EU is looking for a talented Principal Product Manager responsible for supporting our EU Expansion business. You will own a country / geography and be responsible for driving and facilitating cross-functional development activities, projects and process improvements.

The role will provide the opportunity develop top class experience in improving international customer experience.


Amazon EU is undertaking a multi-year effort to enhance the pan-European customer experience. The aim is to make all products in a given country available for sale on all of Amazon’s European websites in the language and currency of the customer’s choice.

As Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving several projects that are part of this multi-year vision.

The successful candidate will be an analytically driven team player who is motivated by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.


  • Define and improve the international customer experience for customers in EU countries that are currently not served by a dedicated website in cooperation with our technical teams.
  • Drive key EU Expansion initiatives.
  • Improve the delivery experience for our export customers including customer returns.
  • Increase Amazon’s selection available to export customers by (i) Working with local business teams to relieve export restrictions, (ii) Auditing shipping, ship fees and delivery promises to customers, and (iii) fixing deficiencies in any of these areas.
  • Continuously work to improve the shopping experience for our international customers through customer service improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in day-to-day operational aspects of the EU exports business, including suggesting and executing business improvement initiatives, and gathering and addressing customer feedback.
  • Location

    The position is based in Amazon’s EU Headquarters in the city of Luxembourg. The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is a diverse and multicultural country located in the heart of Europe, bordered by France, Belgium and Germany.

    This role will part of the Luxembourg retail team and will report to the Director of Expansion.

  • MBA / MSC
  • Experience in online retailing
  • Language skills in other European languages are a plus
