Your mission

As part of a motivated and dynamic team you will contribute to the overall organisational development and help to shape the future of our institution.

With your expertise and commitment you will be a key success factor for identifying organisational challenges and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and organisational efficiency.

Your responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis and documentation of existing processes and recommend changes and enhancements focused towards improved quality and efficiency;
  • Elaborate effective organisation designs including identified capabilities, streamlined processes, innovative process models, new roles and decision preparation;
  • Contribute to the implementation of the operational strategy and performance improvement;
  • Manage performance measurement processes (KPIs) and contribute to the methodological enhancement of the tools in place;
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the change efforts and elaborate proposals for optimisation;
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on various organisational aspects;
  • Assist in the daily implementation of and contribution to internal and Eurosystem organisational topics.
  • Your profile

  • Master's Degree in Organisational Development, Business Process Management, Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Business Administration or related;
  • At least three years of relevant Organisational Development / Business Process Management experience;
  • Certification in change management methodology and / or Business Process Management (e.g. BPMN) would be considered an asset;
  • Professional experience in a central bank or the public sector would be considered an advantage;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent command of English and at least an advanced level in French; German or Luxembourgish would be considered an asset;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills;
  • Effective listening and comprehension skills;
  • Dynamic, open, proactive and flexible;
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
