Genuine Deputy Director of the Paperjam Club you will assist the Club Director in the continued development of the largest business club in Luxembourg.
English is your mother tongue or you are perfectly bilingual, you also speak French at an intermediate level. You will actively participate in business development regarding membership and sponsorship, particularly towards English-speaking key accounts, as well as in the search for strategic partnerships.
You will take an active part in optimising relations and quality follow-up, in a dynamic approach focused on service, satisfaction and membership loyalty.
You will ensure good collaboration between the Club and all the company's stakeholders.
You will also take part in reflecting on the evolution of the Club in years to come (formats, services provided to Club members, etc.).
Your missions :
To collaborate with the Club Director in the commercial development of the club, particularly towards English-speaking targets
Participate in reflecting on the planning of events proposed each season by the Paperjam Club to its members, involving the definition of the annual program, the choice of themes, the choice of speakers, etc...;
Participate in the events and, MC some of them;
Intervene in co-production projects for certain events with local partners;
Collaborate with the Club Director in the creation of new event concepts.
Participate in the implementation and follow-up of member relationship strategy, especially regarding English-speaking accounts, action plans and the objectives of the Media Sales and Paperjam Club departments.
Understand the management of event projects and their logistics and participate in strategic negotiations for the organisation of events.
Implement your local network for the operation and development of club events
Contribute to the optimisation of the organisation, the enrichment of tools and transversal projects.
With a degree in economics or in the fields of communication, marketing or management, you have at least 5 years of significant experience in a similar role ;
You are familiar with the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, its economic actors and its cultural venues;
You have a good general, economic and political culture as well as good knowledge of the business world (functions, roles, current issues, etc.);
You master the Office suite and have experience with collaborative and project management tools, web content management (CMS), CRM (Salesforce).
You are familiar with the main social networks and know how to use them for B2B communication purposes;
You have strong commercial skills and demonstrate a real ease in dealing with people and listening attentively. You know how to adapt your discourse according to your interlocutor.
You have good writing, analysis and synthesis skills and know how to process data methodically;
You are well-organised and have good project management skills;
Creative and proactive, you show initiative, anticipation and versatility;
Rigorous and dynamic, you enjoy coordinating and leading a team;
You have good interpersonal skills, an open mind and an excellent sense of communication;
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and have an intermediate level in French. Knowledge of German and / or Luxembourgish will be considered an advantage;
You have a pronounced attraction to, and proven skills in, new technologies.
Public Speaking does not scare you. You are able to synthesise your speech in order to hold the audience's attention.
