LE POSTE : For one of our clients, a Europeaninstitution located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, SOFITEX TALENT iscurrently looking for an OPERATIONS - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTFR-EN (GERMAN) (M / F) Your tasks : Lending process : Handle theadministrative coordination of the whole lending procedure(monitoring of deadlines, organisation of meetings, appointmentsand business trips for the loan officers and the Head of Division)Prepare briefing papers for meetings and business trips Assist theloan officers during the lending process and, as appropriate, inthe follow up of projects (in close coordination with the otherDirectorates participating in the process) Finalise, distribute andfile documents and reports prepared by loan officers Handletelephone contacts with clients and follow information flow whileloan officers are on mission Assist loan officers in updating andorganising contacts Optimisation of operating tools and workingmethods : Keep statistics and work plan up-to-date;
monitor thatprocedures are followed during the lending process; input data inthe loans database in view of the preparation of reports andstatistics on the Bank’s activity in countries covered by theDivision Teamwork : Cooperate with the other Assistants and membersof the Department;
when appropriate train new colleagues on Bankprocedures and processes, contribute to a good working atmospherewithin the Division and the Department in order to facilitate thetimely implementation of tasks, smooth flow of information andachievement of objectives PROFIL RECHERCHÉ : Your profile : Secondary level education, ideally complemented with 2-yearcertification in a relevant field (e.
g. secretarial studies,business administration) At least 3 years of relevant professionalexperience in providing administrative support Excellent knowledgeof standard MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellentknowledge of written and spoken English and a good command ofFrench .
Knowledge of other European languages like German would bea significant advantage.
