As a Product Owner (PO) Digital within the Tribe, you will :
Work first and foremost as team member (Customer Journey Expert), typically 80-90% of your time;
Own delivery of the Tribe’s purpose, together with other POs and the Tribe lead (define the priorities, manage the backlog and relevant stakeholders, and ultimately deliver value for the customer);
Jointly be responsible from end-to-end for the digital products and services of the Tribe, from vision to delivery;
Deliver input to the Tribe Lead (TL) on status and plans, along with impediments, improvements and dependencies;
Update the TL and others POs on new developments that can have an impact on the portfolio;
Be part of the Tribe leadership team;
Manage stakeholders, prioritize the backlog, and be clear about the product vision to guide your Squad, keep focus and solve impediments;
Ensure that Squad improvements & development ideas are aligned with the product vision and how to get there;
Be accountable to get the feedback from your stakeholders & have the same role as every Squad member : improve the Squad’s way of working & team performance.
In addition, belong to a Chapter based on your job function in which you continually develop your craftsmanship and way of working;
Ensure that Business and Tech understand and complement each other’s expertise;
Ensure the purpose of your Squad is aligned with the Tribe’s purpose and your main stakeholders;
Help your Squad to deliver value incrementally and iteratively.
Competencies / Behavior :
Have strong analytical & judgement skills to recognize key information, identify problem, establish connections and validate before acting;
Have deep knowledge of the customer’s business and banking processes and integrate acquired knowledge into performance of tasks;
Think in strategic priorities terms - based on professional expertise, be able to develop a long-term vision;
Capable of acting as a connector between squads and a very diverse set of stakeholders;
Capable of presenting solutions, roadmaps and milestones to higher management with the ability to simplify complexity and improve products and processes;
Support the agile organization & perform as a team, trust and encourage each other and give feedback to promote continuous improvement & team development.
Master degree preferably in Economics / Finance;
Minimal 8 years of relevant experience (ideally in banking environments) as a Product Owner / Project Manager / Product Manager;
Proven experience in Project Management and in building / executing digital / e-banking projects;
Good track record in change execution and goals achievement.
Fluency in English and in French (verbal and written)
