The FP&A Analyst will support the planning and forecasting processes for PayPal’s Western Markets (France, Italy, Iberia, IBNL, Nordics) including the financial consolidation for the region as well as providing support both to the equivalent teams across Core Markets (North America, Germany / Austria / Switzerland, UK, Australia) as well as to the Central FP&A team based in LuxembourgThis position will involve working with the Western Markets’ management team and wider FP&A team to produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, reviewing monthly forecasts, quarterly targets and annual budgets for the Western Markets’ regions.
It will also require collaboration with different stakeholders to gather inputs, summarize insights and produce executive level presentations.
Key focus will be to drive optimal decision making through financial modelling and quantitative analysis.The FP&A Analyst will be also supporting key Business strategic Initiatives in coordination with the regional / global strategy / Go to Market teams A successful candidate will be highly analytical and capable of interpreting trends.
You should have excellent business and communication skills to be able to present and work with the wider FP&A team and business owners.
The candidate will provide planning support while aiming at doing so in a scalable and efficient way. The candidate will report into the Head of FP&A - Western Europe and be part of Finance team based in Luxembourg
