Wealth Management within Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. is a service centre and centre of excellence within the EU and for selected markets in the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region in the cross-

border and cross-generation management of international private assets. Here, the Bank makes use of the freedom to provide investment advice and distribute financial products across borders within the EU single market in accordance with the applicable provisions.

Besides the investment expertise in Luxembourg, wealth management activities also leverage the Bank's many years of experience and expertise as a centre for lending and financing.

About the Job

In this responsible position, you take over the management of the Booking Center Service, as well as the professional and disciplinary leadership of a nine-

member team. As part of Wealth Management, you jointly serve customers from all over Europe and the MEA region with an order volume of around 6 billion euros.

Due to the high level of responsibility this position brings, we are looking for an experienced professional who can successfully fill the position of a director.

Responsibilities

  • Line Manager and Local Manager of a nine-person team covering different locations in UK, France, NL, Italy, Spain and MEA
  • Administration of roughly 500 clients which represent approximately 6 billion euros CBV
  • Interacting closely with businesses across the world and local support teams
  • Single point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting
  • Controling and implementing Deutsche Bank policies and regulations
  • Representing the local team within Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A and covered locations
  • Actively manage the daily business, for example account openings, KYC, orders
  • Contact person for projects in the field of change management (eg Brexit)
  • Member of the local Wealth Management team
  • Requirements

  • Proven track record
  • 10 years experience in the financial industry
  • Profound understanding of Wealth Management business and products (E2E)
  • Good knowledge of account openings regarding corporate and trust structures
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory framework
  • Ideally familiar with the Deutsche Bank Wealth Management IT landscape (Avaloq)
  • Strong language skills, ideally German, English, and French - additional languages considered a plus
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good relationship management and collaboration skills with the ability to partner across organizational lines and different locations
  • Structured, organized and results oriented approach, demonstrating a consistently high level of diligence and attention to detail -
  • even in time-critical situations

  • Highly proactive, flexible, and service orientated mode of operation with strong client and business focus
  • Willingness to travel
