The Learning Business Partner is an active member of the OpsTech IT Learning & Development Team, driving and supporting business-wide global initiatives.
Successful candidates will have a creative, true hands-on approach, as well as strong knowledge of instructional design, Learning Management Systems, and data-driven, analytical thinking skills.
In addition, effective writing, presenting, and persuasion skills are a must. This position will be based in Luxembourg and will have both regional and global responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Actively work on development, deployment, and productivity of learning solutions. Ensure that our work is continually aligned to meet internal customers’ needs.
Act as a proactive and productive partner with the regional HR and learning teams consistently seeking to make a positive impact on key employee, business, and customer experience metrics.
Facilitate learning solutions in either a physical classroom or virtual setting.
Continually evaluate solutions not only for quality and business impact, but scalability.
Assist with needs analysis to determine the skills needed to develop employees within OpsTech IT.
Conduct post-learning evaluation to understand successes and improvement opportunities for the designed solution while establishing methods for ensuring both compliance and quality.
Educate managers on their role in developing people as an essential part of their jobs.
Share development opportunities and resources through regular communications (email, updating SharePoint or other information platforms, etc)
Master’s Degree in related field
Resume that shows steady progression in Training / Learning Management for the last 3+ years
Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment
