Junior Corporate Administrator (F / M)

Reports to a Client Relationship Manager

The purpose of this position is to assist with the routine day-to-day administration tasks of corporate structures under the direction of a Senior Corporate Administrator / Client Relationship Manager.

Key responsibilities :

  • Assist with all aspects of the day-to-day operations of corporate vehicles, investment holding companies and fund structuring entities
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing documents on the company systems, maintaining accurate corporate files and records and processing various payments
  • Assist with the incorporation of companies and filing annual and other company returns
  • Assist with obtaining CDD on shareholders and maintain the relevant registers
  • Liaise with notary offices, government offices, tax authorities and banks (as applicable)
  • Assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, obtaining directors availabilities and drafting minutes and resolutions for routine matters
  • Assist with the preparation of the Annual General Meetings of companies (as applicable)
  • Undertake routine and office clerical tasks where necessary
  • Assist with audit matters of corporate entities
  • Skills, knowledge, expertise :

  • The candidate will be expected to commit to study for a relevant professional qualification
  • supported by the Aztec Group) or have a relevant university degree

  • Basic corporate knowledge (relevant in-house training to be provided through the Aztec Academy)
  • Computer literacy skills are essential
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills and outstanding command of written and spoken English
  • We will provide the training, both in-house for relevant technical knowledge and also for professional qualifications to enhance both your professional development and ability to provide sound administration services.

    You will need to be quick to learn new systems and be great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients are at the heart of what we do.
