Our client is one of leading companies offering ERPconsulting solutions in Luxembourg. The company is an SAP and MSDynamics partner with a solid track record of successful projectsdelivered in the market.

We are currently looking for a Head ofService Delivery SAP team who will lead a consulting team and be amember of the board of directors.

Main responsibilities As aHead of Service Delivery your role focuses on keeping clientssatisfied with the company's services through managing projects,fixing any reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managingbudgets and helping lead the professionals responsible for gettingservices delivered to clients.

As a Head of Service Delivery yourroles and responsibilities might include troubleshooting technicalissues, ensuring that service agreements get met and assisting withcontract renewal.

Your role requires also to keep a positiverelationship with clients, manage finances, meet deadlines, leadthe consulting team, stay organized, manage conflict and usecreativity to find ways to make the service better.

The team youwill be charge of is composed with Senior SAP and / or MS DynamicsNavision Consultants including several Leaders as well.

You will bea member of the board of Directors with the CEO, Finance Managerand Sales Manager. An external HR Consultant will assist you in anyHR topics that may be covered (talent acquisition, careerdevelopment).

Profile At least 8 to 15 years of relevantexperience in Project Manager, Delivery Management and you aregraduated from a Bachelor or Master degree.

Excellent knowledge ofthe SAP world. A very good knowledge of ITIL and project managementmethodologies. Able to manage budget and finances.

A strongcustomer service mindset and resource planning and quality controlskills. Keen sense of time management. Excellent leadership andcustomer service skills as well as strong teamwork skills andattention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communicationskills. Willingness to support and mentor staff. Able to managesensitive and sometimes confidential information.

Fluent in Frenchand in English. The salary package is based on a basic salary,company car, an annual bonus as well as some benefits.
