About theRole :
Forour HQs in Luxembourg , we are lookingfor a Trade Marketing Specialist forour Travel Market function.
As a Trade Marketing Specialist you will beresponsiblefor :
Supportingthe Market in developing and implementing a sales strategy in theassigned Areas and Channels;
Assuring long termpartnerships’ development with customers leveraging on anin-depth knowledge of their strategies and their shoppers whileproviding tools and means to activate Ferrero Category strategiesin the point of sale while acting as a "processintegrator";
Adapting FerreroGroup’s category strategies to fit local conditions (bothin terms of categories and clients) in order to meetCompany’s objectives in regard to volume andprofitability (byCategory);
Suppliers’ scouting andmanagement in respect to the assigned Budget and GRCpolicies.
MainResponsibilities : MainTasks :
Monitorsand analyzes trade, competitors and shopper market data, in orderto identify business opportunities and develop new Trade Marketingplans;
Develops innovative tactics to helpretailers to meet their shoppers’needs;
Develops effective medium- and long-termlocal strategies in line with the Ferrero Group Marketingguidelines;
Defines the Channel Vision forresponsible categories;
Develops and implementscross Brand and cross Category integrated programs withretailers;
Implements appropriate Categorydevelopmentactions.
ExecutesChannel / Customer performance and potentialanalysis;
Supports the definition of Salesstrategies (assortment, trade investment, etc.) at Channel / Account level with the objective to maximize the businessdevelopment and profitability;
TranslatesMarketing Plans to specific Channel / Customer plans (sessionplans, promotion, etc.) in line with retailersneeds;
Supports Key Account Manager providingargumentation, in the development of joint business plans,monitoring performances of implemented plans at channel / account / Categorylevel.
Workswith the Marketing Functions to devise and implement newpromotional activities and display, on the basis of the needscollected;
Defines the placement guidelines forshelf, checkouts and secondplacement.
Providesto Sales the best tools and means required for the implementationof the Marketing Strategy inside the point of saleby :
Coordinatingthe development of sales promotion activities, and theimplementation of Trade Marketinginitiatives;
Tracking store activitiesperformances ensuring Company guidelines and timeline aremet;
Providing to Sales Function effectiveinformation about products, promotional activities and displaymaterials;
Collecting the Sales Functionrequirements and ensures the implementation of initiatives and tailor-made activities for requiringClients;
Ensuring the implementation of on Point of Sales activities, likepromotions, placement, POP material, Point of Sales (POS)animation;
Developing field force supportingtools (e.g. catalogues);
Ensuring in storetrials implementation;
Coordinating informationflows between Marketing and Sales;
Scouting newsuppliers and managing projects according to the assigned Budget incompliance with GRCpolicies.
Who weare lookingfor : Profile :
Master'sDegree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or relatedfields;
4 to 7 years of work experience inTrade Marketing;
Good Communication andOrganizational skills
Experience with Marketresearch & analysis;
Analyticalskillset and excellent numericskills;
Knowledge of MarketingStrategies;
Dynamic and proactiveapproach;
Ability to work effectively inhigh-pressure situations within strictdeadlines;
Ability to think critically andcreatively.
Proficiencyin MS Office skills;
Knowledge of SAP ERP (as auser) will be considered aplus.
Any other European language will beconsidered aplus.
