SENIOR SAP ACCOUNTANT (M / F) INDUSTRIAL SECTOR
DO Recruitment Advisors is recruiting a Senior SAP Accountant on behalf of one of our clients, an industrial company, leader in its domain of activity.
THE JOB :
Your main responsibilities :
Accounting
Control, review and analysis of general ledger statements for the 10 Luxembourg companies on a monthly basis
Reconciliation of accounts in order to prepare and ease the annual audit
Collaboration with the auditor's team to assist with completing the year-end audit by providing them the requested explanations and files
Filing the annual accounts (ecdf)
Perform general ledger entries (provisions, leasing, interim accounts,...)
Fixed assets
Full ownership and accountability for fixed assets management if all Group industrial companies
Creation of individual "Asset Sheet" for each new asset
Control that a Capex form is signed by the requester and approver for each new investment of The Group, control with controlling department that amounts spent by investment are in line with Capex form signed
Booking of fixed assets (Purchase, sale, transfer,...) in SAP S4 HANA + ensure full traceability between accounting, physical situation and CAPEX form
Follow up of the physical inventory (in accordance with our accounting books) of the fixed tangible assets with the support of the controlling and operations managers
Coordinator of Fixed Assets masterdata for the SAP S4 HANA, roll-outs
Payroll
Booking of payroll for employees and workers
Booking of provisions for holidays
Follow up and reconciliation of all B / S and P / L payroll accounts
Collaboration with the human resources and external payroll provider
Improve or redesign all excel templates utilized for payroll and holiday provisions interfaces
Additional responsibilities
Supports all members of the finance team in any task for which the person has the required capability or potential
Participates in the roll-out of SAP S4 HANA in the different companies
Proposes continuous improvement possibilities related to his / her tasks or the general functioning of the finance team (working processes and tools, ...)
Participate in the digitalization of the finance processes (VIM - SAP)
THE CANIDATE PROFILE :
Be graduated as Academic Bac+3 minimum in accounting
Have 5 years of relevant experience
SAP knowledge
Be highly organized and very motivated
English and French are mandatory
Be able to manipulate correctly the MS Pack Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ...)
