Description du poste : For one of our client, a banking entity located in Luxembourg, SOFITEX TALENT is currently looking for a TA BUSINESS EXPERT -

FUND PROCESSING SERVICE (M / F) Your tasks : The Business Expert reports directly to the Chief of Staff, Fund Processing Services Luxembourg and provides support to the TA business units on different items including :

  • Taking full ownership of project planning for the business;
  • Ensuring deliverables from all parties including IT;
  • Defining and setting up business processes, specs, workflows and operational requirements;
  • Respond to requests coming from external or internal parties;
  • Takes responsibility on specific identified issues affecting the business;
  • Ensure transversal relationship with all other business units.
  • Profil recherché : Core competencies :

  • Strong experience in the TA field;
  • Excellent command of French and English, any other language would be an asset, especially German;
  • Good knowledge of IT related subjects, Windows and MS Office;
  • Good knowledge of systems (MFTA, workflow management tools);
  • General knowledge of the fund industry and its players;
  • Very good knowledge of the day-to-day transfer agent business;
  • Very good transversal knowledge of the transfer agent business;
  • Advanced project and process management skills;
  • Very good analytic skills;
  • Very good people skills;
  • Very good knowledge of client relationship management;
  • Goal and solution oriented behavior;
  • Strong organization skills and quality focused;
  • Strong time management and communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Demonstrate and maintain team spirit;
  • Conscientious and accurate working attitude;
  • Respectful towards procedures and internal policies;
  • Available for a 3-6 month mission.
  • Very good knowledge in the following fields would constitute a definite asset for this role :

  • Transversal knowledge of all business units;
  • TA life cycle ( fund launching, investor set up , trade processing, cash process and events);
  • Compliance related subject and AML / KYC procedures;
  • Specificities by type of investor (Institutional, Retail, Funds, Trust and Trustee);
  • Type of fund events (merger, split, dividend, distributor agreements, trailer fees, commissions);
  • Client relationship management, very good behaviour towards client facing.
  • Niveau d'études : Bac +3 Expérience professionnelle : 2-3 ans Début du contrat : 07-03-19 Durée du contrat : De 3 à 6 mois
