Our client is a recognized actor in real estate development and growing on the investment side. Due to the expansion of their activities, they are looking for a Fund Administrator to join their team.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will mainly include :
Improvement and management of the fund database, documentation and related procedures & processes,
Manage all the different aspects of fund transactions,
Coordinate and manage contacts with different service providers and ensure deadlines are met by those providers,
Execute duties related to transfer agency services,
Deal with all legal documentation as required by regulation authorities and liaise with all stakeholders for requests related to this documentation,
Manage all corporate related internal lists and procedures,
Prepare manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses and assist with the maintenance of the electronic payment's library,
To ensure regulatory and statutory fillings are made in timely manner,
Day-to-day administration of the fund structures and management companies,
Liaise with internal colleagues concerning relevant documentation for closing.
Deal with (existing) client request by phone and / or by e-mail,
Process and co-ordinate fund operations, including investor calls and distributions,
Create and update a joined client database.
Preparation of board minutes Incorporating companies;
Support in creating monthly reporting to investors in close collaboration with the finance team.
You have a degree in Finance
You have at least 1 year of experience in a Big 4 or in funds within the Luxembourg market
You have a good knowledge of AIFMD and clear understanding of the client's portfolio
Regulatory field has no secret for you
You are able to work effectively, to prioritize and to pay attention to details
English and French are mandatory, any additional language will be considered as an asset
You have good interpersonal skills
