Job Purpose The Team Leader is in charge of leading a team of professionals and handling of legal / corporate secretarial matters of clients according to the policies, procedures and guidelines of TMF Group.
This position is also accountable for revenue generation and development of client satisfaction and retention. The Team Leader is accountable for the chargeability target of the team.

Managing the day to-day planning and operations of a team with the assistance of Supervisors Legal
Responsible to meet team’s productivity and quality goals and for delivery of excellence in customer service
Supervising and arranging for within the team the handling of legal / corporate secretarial matters of a client in consultation with Team Leader Client Administration
Acting as manager / director of client companies
Act as a Client Entity Manager ( CEM role )
Contribute actively to sales activities and involved in finding new business opportunities
Executing all the necessary to have TMF Group and clients perform according to Compliance and AML rules
Ensuring that databases like Viewpoint are updated and maintained
Contributing for the initial hiring and selecting process
Work closely and effectively with counter team
Complete on a daily basis his / her time-writing to ensure appropriate chargeability and proper invoicing of the work performed on behalf of clients
Being a focal point of dissemination of information from senior management to team and vice versa
Reports directly to Director Client Services and to Management Team on an ad-hoc basis
Team Management responsibilities :
Promoting the work and values of the company to staff and external parties
Building effective relationships with team members, motivating, supporting and coaching them
Establishing employee goals and conducting performance appraisals for the team
Scheduling and conducting team meetings
Supporting team members in the marketing field maintaining, expanding of relations and organizing visits to advisors and clients
Actively contributing to the training and development of staff of TMF Group
Bachelor or Master degree in Law
7 years relevant working experience
Preferably a minimum of 3 years working experience in coaching and leadership
Proactive and client service orientated
Strong analytical and communication skills
Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English required. Fluency in French or German is a plus.
