Amazon is seeking an innovative and analytical Program Manager for Recruitment Projects and Programs as part of the Recruitment Programs & Services (RPS) Centre of Excellence team, within EMEA Operations and Customer Services Talent Acquisition organization, based out of Amazon EU Headquarters at Luxembourg.

The role does not involve active recruitment, but is a part of a centralized Recruiting Program and Services team (RPS). The RPS team defines, runs and scales recruiting projects and programs to support the customer, business stakeholders and EU Operations recruiters.

The programs managed by the RPS team include but are not limited to Candidate Experience, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Referral program, Operations Site Launch hiring, and other EU Operations programs.

We’re looking for analytical and driven individuals who are self-starters and have driven projects with multiple stakeholders and can fungibly work across different programs.

  • Previous experience with large-scale project management with proven effective change management
  • Data-driven; demonstrated ability to measure the impact of change
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Proven ability to influence without authority
  • Belief in the value of participating in and contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)
  • MBA or MA
  • Change management certification desired
  • Kaizen, Agile, Prince2 Practitioner, or other Process Improvement methodologies
  • Additional European language
