The IT and Strategic Management division aims to establish the IT strategy of the Bank by following the Bank level policy and, based on the established IT strategy, the activities are performed to design, build and maintain the Bank’s system environment as well as to plan, proceed and manage the projects and enhancements.
We are looking for the Head of IT-Strategic Change Management Division (IT & Project Management) for a permanent contract.
Your main tasks will be to : - Manage the IT-SCM division (i.e. IT and Project Management). - Advise Executive Committee Members on all technology matters in order to guarantee a risk free IT environment that supports Bank staff, clients and business.
Understand and stay up to date with NBL's systems, the business and regulatory environment. - Anticipate business needs from a technological point of view and provide analysis regarding NBL technological domain.
Actively participate from a technological point of view to NBL future developments resulting from critical decisions and analysis in connection with project management and / or investments.
Take responsibilities for the development and maintenance of all IT policies in the scope of jobholder's responsibilities.
Assume overall responsibility for the management of the Project Management Department composed of experienced Project Managers and Business Analysts.
Manage NBL's portfolio of projects and enhancement requests. - Liaise with Executive Committee Members and Department Heads striving to deliver scope and budgets whilst ensuring transparency with all stakeholders.
Provide constant supervision of all projects and enhancement requests with a strong focus on delivery scope and budgets.
Job requirements : - Master’s degree in Computer Sciences - Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar function in the financial sector - Diplomatic communication skills on international Senior Level - In depth practical experience on both IT and Project Management - Dynamic approach with positive attitude and personality : proven leadership experience.
