M / F (CDI) (Ref : SCRM 01 / 2019) You will be joining a team of dedicated and experienced people and be an important member of the Sales & Customer Services Department.
You will be required to actively take part in all of the department’s duties, which are the following but not only limited to : Field of activity : As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible to deliver excellent services and support to our international clients across our entire range of services and offering.
identify new contract opportunities Providing professional advice to clients Ensuring a smooth and timely client on-boarding process and high standard service throughout the life-
cycle by efficient coordination across the organization Close liaison with central administration to ensure efficient day-
to-day operations Coordination and setup of new fund launch and additional services for clients Commercial support for business development management Close interaction with the Business Development / International Sales teams / Offices across locations (including Dublin, London, NY, Cayman) Analyse and review process in order to increase profitability and decrease customer costs Act as an escalation point for client issues and deliver adequate solutions Your Profile : Good understanding of the Institutional client business, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role (Customer Relationship, Account Manager role) Experience in UCITS, AIFM, Private Equity, Real Estate and overall banking products Highly service-
minded with a high level of empathy Respect long-term relationship with customers Excellent Communication skills with the ability to listen to clients and translate into adequate solutions Fluent in English, both written and oral.
