YOUR PROFILE Holding a BTS, DUT, DECF or Bachelor in Human Resources with a proven experience of minimum 4 years in recruiting financial profiles, ideally in a recruitment agency;
Fluent in French, English both verbal and written, other languages will be advantageous; Outlook, Word and Excel knowledge;
Excellent network in the Financial sector at Luxembourg; Experience of minimum 2 years in recruitment agencies in Luxembourg;
Proactive and curious about market trends in terms of talent acquisition; Rigorous and with a strong client focus, you are organized;
Team player and good communication skills, you apply analytical and synthesis skills. YOUR MISSION Manage the recruitment process as a whole for internal needs’ talent acquisition : Work closely with the management to define recruitment needs;
Write the job descriptions and ads according to criteria expressed by the team leaders and follow up the communication flow;
Develop network using social media, internal and external channels in order to proactively source the right candidates; Process the applications, pre-selection and selection steps using the most appropriate approach within reasonable deadlines, demonstrate ability to recruit passive candidates;
Settle, coordinate and run physical interview with short-listed candidates; Precisely evaluate the candidates profile, strengths and areas for development;
Write interview reports and liaise with technical recruiters and team leaders to define the best candidates, further to JTC Capability Framework;
Follow up with offers and final recruitment procedure including onboarding steps, respecting budgets and salary grids; Participate in improvement and optimization of the recruitment processes to deliver the highest quality results;
Develop JTC’s visibility and brightness participating in job fairs and recruitment / universities forum. You will perform in a human-sized and spacious working atmosphere, within a dynamic team.
