For our partner, a human-sized and privately owned service provider composed of 5 employees based in Strassen, we are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Officer.

Your Responsibilities

Corporate Officer Funds Service Provider

You will handle your client portfolio composed of Fund clients from the constitution to liquidation.

You are in charge of drafting and reviewing legal documentation and agreements.

You will prepare the Board meetings and shareholder meetings.

You are in charge of liaising with your clients and third parties (lawyers, notaries, banks) so good communication skills and organizational skills will be essential in this function.

Profile and Career Path

Corporate Officer Funds Service Provider

You have 2 to 5 years of experience as a corporate officer in a service provider, fiduciary or an investment fund company in Luxembourg.

You are fluent in English and French , both orally and in writing. As you will have international clients, you will primarily speak English with them but will communicate with your colleagues in French.

You are eager to learn and excited to evolve in a small service provider of 5 people, but that is in full growth on the Luxembourgish market and that will grow its team on quite a short term basis.

You have developed quite a good autonomy on your client portfolio and have handled it from the constitution to the liquidation.

A diploma related to Law will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
