SIX Payment Services offers merchants and international financial institutions state-of-the-art solutions along the entire value chain of cashless payment transactions.

We provide the acceptance of all common credit and debit cards as well as innovative payment forms at the POS and in e-commerce and ensure efficient, secure payment transaction processes between cardholder, card issuer and merchant.

As Business Analyst you are responsible for the delivery of solid and reliable business requirements that support the users in their daily business processes and Project Teams in the solution implementation.

You work together in close collaboration with the internal and external customers in order to understand their requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

  • Main duties Create functional and system design according to customers business needs; Design the solution in close collaboration with the IT experts;
  • Support the project definition : business case, plan, work packages, estimates, milestones; Analyze problems raised by customers or production support, find and propose solutions;
  • Analyze and propose application improvements (performance, robustness ...); Monitor and support the implementation and validation of the solution;
  • Manage and maintain system documentation (interfaces, requirement traceability); Plan, coordinate and monitor implementation tasks and small changes development.

  • Your profile Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Engineering or related fields; Understanding of technical infrastructure and broad IT knowledge : Database, SQL, network, Software lifecycle;
  • Knowledge in the payment or banking industry would be an additional asset; Strong analytical, conceptual reasoning and modelling skills;
  • Good knowledge of problem solving and decision making techniques; Structured and organized, with good interpersonal skills;
  • Autonomous, proactive and result-oriented individual who appreciate working in a fast and dynamic environment; Ability to be flexible and to work both independently and in a team environment in an international & multi-

  • cultural environment; Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities; Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • able to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand way; Fluent in English and French (both oral and written) A good knowledge in German would be a strong advantage.
