Client Support & Operations Officer Information Services Business Unit
As an established market infrastructure player, Fundsquare S.A. provides services to support and standardise cross-border distribution of investment funds.
Fundsquare’s main objective is to foster relationships between professional investors and funds. In that context, the Referential Data Business Unit is delivering and managing state-of-the-art mutualised solutions.
In order to strengthen our team we are looking to recruit an :
Client Support & Operations Officer Information Services Business Unit (m / f)
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the client support focusing on fund data management, client onboarding, client issue resolution and coordination with 2nd and 3rd level of support.
You are a data management officer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the fund data management and client relationship field.
You have a good knowledge concerning the functioning of the fund industry, financial instruments , the related underlying markets and in particular of the investment funds.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
As a member of the Information Services Business Unit you will operate and further improve Fundsquare's Information Services and Solutions, which includes the following responsibilities :
Run the data management processes in terms of data processing, controlling, dissemination and client exception handling
Formulate, control and disseminate clients’ funds static data, encompassing Mifid II and PRIIPs regulatory reporting, and dynamic data
Liaise with clients during onboardings and in order to ensure issue resolution
Coordinate with platforms in order to establish connectivity and perform dissemination controls
Rectify errors and ensure remedial measures are put in place to avoid reoccurrence
Contribute to the evolution of the Information Services solutions with the definition and validation of business requirements and business validation of new solution features
Participate in Business Acceptance Testing as and when requested
Support ad-hoc data requests.
Requested Skills and Competencies :
University degree preferably in Finance or in a similar subject
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential; you will interact with clients and partners to support daily processes, potential issue solving and participate in the end-to-end tests prior to Go-Live
Ability to easily communicate with clients and data vendors / platforms both in written and oral form
Desire to offer excellent customer service to external and internal clients
Knowledge and experience of investment fund data management and cross-border fund distribution -(knowledge of major financial information systems such as Bloomberg, Morningstar, Lipper, fundInfo) would be an advantage
Team player, result-oriented and operational mindset
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Experience in testing (Functional Testing, Customer Acceptance testing)
Experience in business intelligence and / or data analytics, are considered as strong assets
Meticulous and attention details
Ability to analyse, synthesize rapidly and prioritize the work to be done
Proven track record of successful project contributions
Fluency in English is mandatory, with a working knowledge of French preferred; any additional language is considered an asset.
