Job description :
Managing delivery of client IT projects, with responsibility for on-site teams and sometimes external providers
Coordinating activities involving project partners.
Communicating with various project stakeholders; make presentations
Call and participate in technical working groups and progress meetings
Project planning, including creating and implementing Quality plans & change control procedures, project schedules, KPIs, etc.
including tracking actual vs planned
Managing budgets for IT projects, monitoring costs and personnel resources
Creating and reviewing technical and contractual / reporting documentation, deliverables
University degree in IT or related subjects
Knowledge of the operation and management of service contracts
Broad technology experience (Unix, Apache, Oracle, SQL, XML, PHP, Java, )
Knowledge of modern web-based communication tools
Experience with project coordination at EU-level
Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written, with others (FR, DE, etc.) an asset
Proven project management skills and solid organisational skills
Professional experience of 5 years (minimum)
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
