Your challenge : Support an efficient, accurate and structured accounting, reporting and administration of financial transactions between Vontobel Asset Management S.A.
the company ) and all its related parties internally and externally.
Your main tasks : Manage the invoicing, billing and payment process for the company and its Funds (maintenance of logs, controls, payments, documentation) Support the bookkeeping of the accounts by liaising with external parties with respect to invoices and payments Participate within the periodical financial closings (monthly and annualy) Coordinate liquidity and cash management of the company Support the tax compliance of the company and its SICAVs Support projects in relation to finance and accounting (e.g.
new set-ups, providers, taxes etc.) Participate in digitalization of operational processes and financial solutions Further responsibilities could be foresee depending on the experience and profile of the candidate, such as reporting to the authorities, intercompany reconciliations and support for transfer pricing While reporting directly to the Senior Financial Controller, you will support him in various projects and ensure a back up for finance, corporate governance, and administrative operations.
Your qualification : Good understanding of the asset management industry and Finance / Accounting area Proven track record in ability to work independently as well as in a team IT-

organized and strongly motivated, the ideal candidate is open-minded and with a flexible mentality by being able to adapt to wide subjects and complexity of tasks Good communication skills, positive-
thinking and proactive mindset University degree in Accounting / Business administration / Finance or similar Fluent in English and preferably good knowledge of German and or French 2 to 5 years’ experience in accounting position within a fiduciary, PSF, Management Company or audit of a management company and / or PSF.
