Tasks & Responsibilities Be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of Workday HRIS activities Be the main point of contact for groupwide HRIS support : -
gather user requirements and manage the help service desk -collaborate with cross-functional teams and the end user community to design and implement solutions -
partner with functional experts to understand their requirements to build and run complex queries / reports to support business needs -
manage security settings, create new user accounts, update data tables, configure processes and tools, troubleshoot issues, etc.
Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation and overall performance of systems; analyze software releases to assess impact of new features Develop and implement systems integrations, mass data uploads and interfaces Develop and deliver effective communications Profile & Requirements University degree in Business management, Information Systems and work experience with Business systems administration supporting the HR function Previous HRIS experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
Understanding of Workday reporting and dashboard capabilities, Workday business process configurations, Workday condition rules, and Workday security model preferred.
Working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures in Human Resources English language fluency is a must, and French or German preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization Good analytical and problem-
solving skills with the ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality Takes ownership of problems and uses
