As a (Junior) Analyst and Project Coordinator you’ll be part of the Human Capital team of our Business Unit SES Video to provide a qualitive approach to all things related to the deployment of Human Capital activities and projects.
We’re looking for an individual that knows how to interact and interface with different levels in the SES organization.
That means to interact with the Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) to consolidate the advancement of the Human Capital objectives’ implementation and to ensure data quality.
That also means to interact with HC departments as Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development or Talent Acquisition to follow up on SES Video and Corporate initiatives.
We are looking for someone who can be in cooperation with the HC Analytics and Information Systems teams to contribute to the good development of Global Video People Analytics and Data at SES.
To leave your imprint we don’t just need you to be a knowledge professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your cultural sensitivity as they are key to this role and your success in the organization.
With this said we also like you to take responsibility over the following tasks : Ensure successful execution of Annual Performance Reviews and Salary Reviews with other HC stakeholders Support development of on boarding tool for SES Video Support the consolidation and monthly follow-
streamline data entry processes to ensure highest data integrity standards Be the back-up for maintenance and updates of SAP Organisational Management and Org Charts Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a person with a strong ability to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support and execute business decisions.
This person needs to have good project managements skills and the willingness to get the job done with attention to details.
This person also needs to have a general level of curiosity to gain understanding of how HC metrics can support business decisions.
Besides this the must haves for this role are : Bachelor or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or Finance preferred 4+ years of work experience focused on using data in a business context Demonstrates experience and knowledge in the field of Human Capital Experience with HRIS systems, data management / data visualization principles Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint Fluency in English What’s in it for you?
