We Offer

  • Maintenance of the CEOs and COOs agenda including all administrative activities, i.e. coordination / scheduling of meetings, planning / organizing business trips etc.
  • Preparation and minuting of regulatory management meetings, e.g. Authorized Management and Board of Directors meetings
  • Run the CEO office management" in all administrative and organisational measures, i.e. post distribution, SAFE process, crossborder travel, telephone routing, ordering stationary, support team building measures;
  • support visits from management visits from other CS locations, support marketing activities, key contact person for external and internal partners.

  • Support to Management
  • Support of invoicing process, invoice control and signature process
  • Physical and electronic archiving of corporate documents, meeting documentation, etc.
  • You Offer

  • 5-10 years of experience as assistant for C-level of similar company size
  • Ability to work independently within framework of objectives
  • Strong analytical approach and organisational skills
  • Sound and fluent knowledge of English (German a strong asset)
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
